Our Club
Fort Canoe Kayak Club is a not-for-profit group.
We enjoy paddling in canoes and kayaks for competition and recreation. Our competitive programs participate in the sport of sprint canoe kayak. In addition to competitive programs, we offer recreational paddling opportunities, with a variety of ways to get involved in paddling for ages 8 and up. We have programs for all skill levels, including new paddlers with no experience. Our certified and accomplished coaching staff will help you with your paddling goals.
We are a member of Canoe Kayak BC (PSO) and Canoe Kayak Canada (NSO).
We strive to provide a positive and encouraging club culture. We pride ourselves on fostering an inclusive atmosphere all the way from the Board of Directors, to the coaches and athletes. Whether you have your eyes set on the Olympics or leisurely exploring the Bedford Channel, we strive to build a community where everyone feels welcome regardless of their goals!
